North Dakota Long Distance Rates, Terms and Conditions     Background   This website will contain the rates, terms and conditions for North Dakota Long Distance's (NDLD) Instrastate, state-to-state and international long distance services. It includes the NDLD Services Agreement (which governs NDLD's provision of services which are part of the Agreement. This website will be continuously updated to maintain a current record of NDLD's consumer long distance services.     Service Agreement - - describes the terms and conditions for intrastate, state-to-state and international long distance services. These previously were filed with the Federal Communications Commision.     Rates, Terms and Conditions - - this document contains all of the NDLD rate information and the terms and conditions that regulate our service.
