| International Country to Country Rates |

| When calling from an international country to an international country or calling within an international country, the flat rate is $4.00 per minute. The surcharge is $4.50 per completed call. A complete list of the available countries that the NDLD calling card works in is here. To place an international origination call from any of those countries, you will need an access number. | International Country to United States Rates |
| When calling from an international country to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the flat rate is $2.50 per minute. The surcharge is $2.50 per completed call. When calling from Canada to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands, the rate for business is $0.33 per minute and $0.35 per minute for residential.
